Our home carers are local people who are very carefully selected. They all undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks and are thoroughly reference checked. They receive training when they join our Company and on an on-going basis in order to meet your needs efficiently. All our home carers are continually professionally developed through supervision, training and support.
Senior Home Care Support Workers
Our Senior Home Care Support workers act as mentors and guides for our Home Care Support Workers. They may also be On Call to support the Home Care Support Workers out of office hours. Our Senior Home Care Support Workers will have achieved the Health and Social Care Diploma Level 2 and/or Level 3.
Home Care Support Workers
After your Care Plan is agreed you will be introduced to a small team of Home Care Support Workers who will get to know you and your needs very well. All our Home Care Support Workers are friendly and professional. They undergo thorough reference and Disclosure and Barring Service checks prior to employment and receive training when they join our Company and on an on-going basis. They may hold the Health and Social Care Diploma at Level 2 or be working towards it.
Following the formulation of your plan of care you will be introduced to your home carers. Your care will be allocated to a small team of home carers in order to provide continuity. Your care will always be overseen by the management team who are easily accessible by telephone to discuss any changes you may require, and will visit you to reassess your needs as necessary.
